Breakfast, lunch and dinner in our beautiful dining room offer dual pleasures: a wide selection of delicious homemade foods and conversation with delightful companions. Open seating, both indoor and outdoor, allows you the freedom to sit with old friends or meet new ones. Once a month we host a resident favorite — Sunday Brunch. You can also ask our dietary staff, led by Executive Chef Alfredo, to prepare meals for you to bring home. He is also available to cater your special events.

Healthful dining is a priority at Vista del Monte and our chefs have taken this to delectable heights. Our salad bar features gourmet items like Lobster Citrus Salad and Butternut Squash Soup. For dinner, you can enjoy signature favorites like Sonoran Steak with Olives, Shrimp Creole, Baked Tilapia or Marinated Tri-Tip, a specialty of the region. Complimentary fine wines are served with dinner.
