Vista del Monte is the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in Santa Barbara that does not require an entrance fee. Monthly fees begin at $2,950 for an Independent Living studio apartment. At the time of entrance, an additional residency fee starts at $5,500. All fees include dining, regular and light scheduled housekeeping service and basic utilities.
