• What type of community is Vista del Monte?
  Vista del Monte is a non-profit, continuing care retirement community designed for people age 60 and over. It is licensed by the State of California.
  
• How many levels of care do you have?
  Vista del Monte is a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community. It features Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Support accommodations and programs.
  
• Do you have a wait list?
  Currently, we do have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ready for move-in.
  
• Do I have to pay a large entrance fee upon moving into your community?
  We are the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in Santa Barbara that does not require an entrance fee.
  
• Does my monthly fee include dining?
  Yes, three meals per day are included in your fee plan.
• Do you allow pets?
  Yes. We accept pets, however, the pet must be quiet and well behaved. We also have some weight limitations on dogs. We will be happy to explain the rules regarding pets in more detail when you come in for a visit.
