  • What type of community is Vista del Monte?
    Vista del Monte is a non-profit, continuing care retirement community designed for active seniors age 62 and over. It is fully licensed by the California Department of Social Services and accredited by the national Continuing Care Accreditation Commission.
  • How many levels of care do you have?
    Vista del Monte is a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community. It features Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Support accommodations and programs.
  • Do you have a wait list?
    Our wait list at this time is short compared to other retirement communities in this area. Please come for a visit and we’ll give you more details!
  • Do I have to pay a large entrance fee upon moving into your community?
    We have a very diverse Entrance Fee Plan to meet just about everyone’s financial criteria. We also offer a month-to-month plan with no Entrance Fee.
  • Does my monthly fee include dining?
    Three meals per day are included in your fee plan. However, if a resident chooses only one meal per day, a credit is given.
  • Do you allow pets?
    Yes. We accept pets, however, the pet must be quiet and well behaved. We also have some weight limitations on dogs. We will be happy to explain the rules regarding pets in more detail when you come in for a visit.
